Scotch Eggs

These vegetarian Scotch Eggs are deliciously satisfying, eaten warm with chips, or cold with good Piccalilli and salad. They are also fantastic for picnics.

Time: 30 minutes (but any accompanying potatoes and/or salads will take longer)
