Risotto Alla Milanese

Risotto Alla Milanese is an absolute classic, served in Italy as primi piatti after the antipasti or starter, and before the secondi piatti (main course) of fish or meat.

I like to serve Risotto Alla Milanese as a main course, with Roasted Vegetable Salad  with Balsamic Dressing, and Tomato Sauce with Gremolata
