Gremolata is a condiment of chopped herbs lemon zest, garlic and parsley. It is a traditional accompaniment to the Milanese Ossobuco alla Milanese. I think Milanese Tomato Sauce with Gremolata makes a fine accompaniment to Risotto all Milanese.
