Garlic Yogurt Sauce

Garlic Yogurt Sauce is so simple to make and goes wonderfully with most curries, and Middle Eastern dishes. Stir in a small quantity of harissa to spice it up!

Tabbouleh

Tabbouleh is a Middle Eastern dish traditionally made with bulgar wheat and served as part of a mezze. I like to substitute couscous, which is quicker and easier.

Traditionally also, it contains copious amounts of chopped parsley, and lemon juice. My recipe calls for more judicious quantities.

Falafel Kebab

I love Middle Eastern food. So I present you my menu for Falafel Kebab: fried falafels, wrapped in a roti (or tortilla) with shredded lettuce, grated carrot, sliced red pepper, sliced red onion, sliced tomato, and griddled. The kebab is served with warm Tabbouleh (a sort of couscous salad), HummusGarlic Yogurt Sauce, with Harissa to spice things up.
