Tarte a l’Orange

This is a fantastic desert! It is easy to make, and the result is a perfect balance of sweetness and fruity sharpness that will impress even the most professional of pastry cooks. And it is not difficult to make!

You could serve it with double cream, but I think it is nice enough on its own.
